The U6 underground station "Tscherttegasse" is a few metres away. The "Kabelwerk" settlement linked by a bridge is defined as a location by the facilities it offers: shops, bars & restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, bank, two event centres and public parks.

The complex consists of the 56 apartments in the northern part and the "passive-house" building with the 112 hall of residence apartments.in the south. The ventilation system ensures pleasant conditions at any time of the year. It is not necessary to open windows. There are sound-absorbing loggias or verandas.

Location
Apart from the U6, there is the "Schöpfwerk" station of the "Badner railway" 300 m away. "Meidlinger Hauptstraße" is 800 metres (an underground station) away. 

The extensive recreation area of Wienerberg can be reached after 500 m via Pottendorfer Straße.

By car, it is two and a half kilometres to the Altmannsdorf branch of the south-east tangent A23.

The residential facility and the neighbouring facility are quasi on an "island" between railway lines: U 6, "Badner railway" and "Pottendorf line" at lower level, plus the rarely frequented "Küchenschleife". There are noise insulation measures opposite the so-called "Donau-Lände railway".
