All-Inclusive Living in Vienna
The total monthly costs include running costs, furniture, heating, hot water, electricity and VAT. The minimum length of stay is seven calendar months, and the usage contracts in Mein Wien-Apartment houses are limited. There is also no need for lengthy negotiations and selection procedures beforehand: the apartments can be visited at short notice and the associated contract can be concluded immediately. Each apartment is ready to move into immediately and offers space for one to two people.

The offer includes both short- and long-term housing options that are perfectly adapted to individual needs. The minimum length of stay is seven calendar months. The period of use is limited to five years in the fund's own residential buildings and unlimited in one of the co-managed properties. The apartments are ideal for professional groups from the health, education or security sectors, for business travelers, young professionals, project employees, commuters and people in emergency situations.
